Hey I’m Em,
I’m a human, mother, nature, animal and element connector. I currently move through life one inspired action at a time. Sometimes that might look like 30 minutes of dancing around on the earth barefoot other times it will present itself as a need for deep rest.
I listen to my body. My heart and womb. And when I do this I know I can trust myself and the decisions I make.
I have been raised by a powerful single mother and a semi present father. My mother always chose an alternative path and one of spirituality.
My connection to God has grown vastly over the last year as I let the many layers of my psyche shed and stepped more and more into flow, power and action.
God speaks the loudest to me when I am
Moving and singing. And within these experiences I feel as though each movement from my body is a prayer.
I have always loved music and dance however never attended a class until my passion was already at a point of “knowing” however I enjoy experiencing the energies of others when we share music and dance. It reminds me of many of my past lives where I believe I sat around fire and danced joyfully with my tribe.
I think through movement and the teaching of unbridled self expression I can really leave a mark on peoples lives.
I know humans are drawn to me for spiritual, life and mental health advice and even though all my teachings are mostly guided by God. I know and see a difference in people when they seek my council.
It’s a blessing.
I vow to always be expressive, honest, true. I vow to dance with my ego as a friend who always wants to be seen and loved.
I strive to share my message of God, self love and unapologetic authentic expression with whom ever finds alignment with my energies and I desire to give the humans who’s hearts I touch permission to live a life in their own lane, expressing in a true authentic way at the same time as finding God in everything.
I am here to witness your Rise.
